PRODUCTION + DELIVERY
A personalisation form will be sent to you post-purchase by a member of our team, within 1-2 working days. Once you have submitted your form and uploaded your image, within 3 business days you will receive one complimentary digital proof of your stationery to approve. If needed, one round of minor revisions is also complimentary. Any additional proofs will cost £20 each.
The overall production and delivery time of your stationery is highly dependent on the customer response rate to the form and proofs. Only once approved, will your stationery go into production. All stationery is made to order and will take approx 3 weeks to dispatch, after final approval of your proofs.
